Casa Lanah is a spacious contemporary villa on La Goleta, a private well kept, gated development.
The villa is furnished to a high standard with all the home comforts you will need for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday.
The large open plan lounge with a vaulted ceiling and French doors,opening onto the terrace,is comfortably furnished . It is equipped with streamed TV,DVD,Radio and CD Player allowing you the chance to unwind to your favourite programme,tune or film. All main British terrestrial programmes are available plus Sky,Sky Cinema,Sky Sports and BT Sports.
Casa Lanah has two large bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The master bedroom has a king size bed, an ensuite bathroom with bath/shower and French doors leading to the pool terrace. The second bedroom has twin beds and a bathroom with a walk in shower across the hall. Air conditioning is available in both bedrooms for a small charge.
The modern kitchen with marble worktops is fully equipped with oven/hob, fridge freezer, dish washer, microwave oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker.
The utility room adjoining the Al Fresco area includes a washing machine, iron and ironing board and clothes dryer.
The outside sheltered Al Fresco dining area provides comfortable covered dining all year. A stone BBQ is provided.
The villa has the benefit of a large roof terrace ideal for sunbathing or a quiet evening drink enjoying the panoramic ocean view across to Fuerteventura.
The villa is surrounded by a large landscaped garden and there is private parking close to the front door.
Casa Lanah is serviced by a professional management company which maintains the property and ensure it is kept to the highest possible standard.
Free standing fans are available in the bedrooms or lock the shutters with their protective mosquito nets and sleep with a cool breeze through the open windows.
Linen and towels are included and changed once a week.
Pool towels are supplied.
A hair dryer is provided for your use
House safe and key safe fitted.
There are several good bars, restaurants and shops within walking distance and some magnificent coastal walks with a sea front promenade which runs close by the villa into Playa Blanca itself.
It is a five minute drive to the sheltered beach at Playa Flamingo and a further two minutes into Playa Blanca where there are two more golden sandy beaches and a pedestrian shopping area, many shops, several supermarkets and a selection of pavement bars and restaurants offering good food at reasonable prices .
A golf course is located at Puerto del Carmen, a 30minute drive away and a second at Costa Teguise, approx. 40 mins drive from Playa Blanca.
Arrecife airport is approximately a 30 minute drive away. Full directions to the villa will be provided on booking. Taxis are freely available from the airport but due to the location of the villa a hire car is recommended.
