Our luxurious 1st floor, 2-bed, 2-bath apartment on Roda Golf Resort is beautifully furnished with lots of little extras to make you feel at home.
The apartment is on Phase 2 and within easy walking distance of the golf course and club house. It is also within a few minutes drive of Los Alcazares and the Mar Menor beaches, which are gently shelving and really safe for kids.
The stylishly furnished apartment has full air conditioning, full central heating and electric security grills.
In the lounge, there is a 32" flat screen TV with satellite system plus a DVD player and large selection of DVDs for your use. There is also a hi-fi with over 50 CDs to listen to.
There's a HUGE, south facing terrace where you can relax in the sun or shade all day. Why not start the day with breakfast on the balcony at our large teak table or dine al fresco in the evening. At the end of the day it is the ideal place to put your feet up, maybe read a good book, have a glass of wine (or two) and generally relax as the sun goes down.
Not only is it great for golf, it's great for kids and great for just relaxing.

RENTAL RULES
1. Lead member of party must be 25 years of age or over.
2. Persons under the age of 18 must be accompanied by parents/guardian.
3. No single sex, stag or hen parties.
4. Smoking only allowed on the balcony.
AIR CONDITIONING
Sadly, due to severe abuse in the past, we have reluctantly had to install a meter linked to the air conditioning system only. (ALL other electricity and utility costs are covered by the rental charges)
- 100kWh per week of Electricity is included for use of the air conditioning.
- This allows approximately 5-6 hours per day usage.
Consumption over this will be deducted from your deposit.
ARRIVAL/DEPARTURE
The property is available for arrival between 17:00 and 22:00 hours and should be vacated by 12:00 hours on the day of departure (local time).
Late arrival between 22:00/24:00 incurs a charge of €30
Arrival/Departure outside these times must be agreed prior to booking, although if we don't have a same-day turnaround we will do our best to accommodate changes.

Rental Notes
Minimum stay from June-September is 1 week. 3 days at all other times.

• Baby cot etc can be hired locally from €20 per week
