Bella Aida is suitable for families, couples, golfers. It is suitable for people who find using stairs difficult.

Modern detached house offering spacious and fully furnished accommodation. The property comfortably accommodates four people in the two bedrooms and has a comfortable double sofa bed in the living room

The house "Bella Aida" is located in an urbanization/house complex and has two shared pools. It can be accessed from two roads (plenty of parking available)

It is a corner house with a tall fence build around (except to the back of the house) which offers excellent privacy at all times.

When crossing the main gate, you will be greeted by the ground floor open terrace; whether you want to read, have something to eat, or just sit to have a break from the sun and heat, it is the ideal place to relax. The terrace is equipped with a dining table for 6 people which can be extended to accommodate 8 and is conveniently located close to the barbecue area perfect for alfresco dining. The terrace is also equipped with an outdoors lounge, a coffee table and a Hamac.

Bella Aida has 2 double bedrooms and one bathroom. Indoors enter into the living room with a comfortable sofa, SMART tv (you can view movies from your USB stick,Spanish channels), and blu-ray player.

To the rear is the kitchen which has a breakfast bar with 3 chairs. The kitchen is fully equipped with a gas hob,electric oven, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, electric orange juice presser and has all the utensils required for family cooking.

From the lounge is a small hallway which leads to the bedrooms and the bathroom. In the master bedroom is a king-size bed with bedside cabinets and built in wardrobes with plenty of hanging space. The second bedroom has two single beds with a small wardrobe. The bathroom has a bath with shower over, toilet, and wash basin and mirror.

From the kitchen there is a door leading to the utility room which has further storage space, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Next to the utility room is a storage room which is locked during guests stay.

From the ground floor terrace, there is a curved metal staircase which leads to a large private solarium/patio terrace on the top floor

Notes on prices
Prices are in Euros. In addition, there is a local charge of 70 euros payable to cover cleaning and linen charges.
Additional bed lining cost 10 euros per bed and 5 euros per towel.

Note that prices displayed are based on 4 adults. Any additional guest will incur acharge of 10 euros per night.

Electricity: the rental price includes 5 Kilowatts electricity per day which is sufficient to cover your normal everyday use including hotwater (the hob is gas). However, for any exceeded usage there will be a charge of 0.25 cents per kilowatt which is the charge of the electricity company. You need to settle the electricity charge upon departure with the property manager

Internet: you have the option to buy internet which will be charged at the provider's rate ie 14 days ilimited data 6Mb internet will cost 22 euros (see photo for a complete price list)

Arrival 3pm or later. Departure 11am (We can be flexible with your times providing there are no bookings over-lapping). Enquiries for shorter/weekend breaks and long-term rentals are welcome. Arrivals and/or departures between 10pm and 7 am cannot be accomodated, however on extreme circumstances and subject to availability it could be arranged but there will be a local fee of 30 euros to paid locally to the property manager

Booking notes
Part weeks are available subject to availability. We ask for a non refundable deposit of 20% to confirm your booking and the balance to be paid 6 weeks prior to arrival. If you are booking within 6 weeks of arrival, we expect the balance to be paid immediately. If you cancel within 6 weeks of the booking no refund will be made. In addition to the rental charges there is a bond of 300 Euros payable with the final balance. This will be returned when our property manager confirm no damage to the house (usually within 2 weeks of your departure.

Upon confirmation of booking you will receive the contract which you need to return signed attaching a copy of ID.

Swimming pools open all year. House is cleaned before and after your visit. Towels and Linen provided, but bring your own beach towels.

Local Information:

From the house is a two minute walk to "El Rincon del Olivo" which is a non-profit association whose goal is to teach the culture and customs of Spain to all foreign nationals, residents or tourists in Orihuela Costa and surrounding areas. They offer excellent Spanish traditional food at great value and live entertainment all year around on Fridays and Mondays.

Opposite to El Rincon del Olivo and just separated by small road is the Emerald Isle complex. Where there is a childrens play area, outdooor swimming pool, soft play area, bar and restaurant. During the summer months there is live entertainment every night.

In the opposite direction there is a small shopping area with bars and restaurants.
There is a supermarket less than a 10 minute walk which sell all you need for a comfortable stay.

From the house is a four minute walk to Via Park 3, Los Altos, which is Leisure and entertainment and are well catered for, the family run café bar, Langans, offers such delights as a freshly cooked breakfast, sandwiches and snacks and meal deals from aroung 5 euro, with children´s meals costing just 1,50, not forgetting Sunday lunch, which will also only cost around a fiver each. There is also a Chinese restaurant, an Irish Pub and if music is your desire, then you won´t be disappointed there is some Northern Soul Karaoke nights, not to mention the fact they cover all major sporting events on their three large TV screens, and a wide range of drink offers that will set your party off on a good pace.

The 'Blue Flag' La Zenia beach is just a 5 minute drive with many more local beaches within easy reach. Torrevieja and the Acropolis water park are approx 10 minute drive. For golfers . there are three superb courses at Villa Martin, Las Ramblas and Campoamor.

Walking distance from the property you have several supermarkets including: Consum, Carrefour, Lidl and Aldi.

There are many bars and restaurants within walking distance, there is a selection of commercial centers, with a wide selection of bars and restaurants, providing ample choice with many cuisines available. Punta Prima is a 8 minute drive, Patio Andaluz is a Spanish restaurant with lots of atmosphere and flamenco dancing 2 nights a week. The Punta Prima restaurant is a sea front restaurant with stunning views, serving Tapas or Spanish La Carte menus.

Torrevieja is just a 10 minute drive, with a wide variety of bars, restaurants and shops. The promenade comes to life at night with a market selling various items, including leather goods and clothing. Just behind the market is the nightly fun fair which is open during the summer months.

The nearest beach is Punta Prima beach a 20 minute walk; it is a pleasant sandy beach with beach bars during the summer months. The property is ideally located to reach several other beaches La Mata, Playa Flamenca, La Zenia, Cabo Roig, Campoamor and Mil Palmeras, slightly further afield is the famous La Manga strip.

Days Out
Go-Carting along the N332 is a 15 minute walk, with karts for juniors, adults and Honda's for those requiring greater speed.

From Torrevieja harbor you can take a boat trip or day out.
There is a water park at Torrevieja (Aquopolis) which opens June till September, there are also 2 smaller water parks located approx 15 minutes away in Ciudad Quesada and San Luis.

Lo Pagan is about 16.8 km - 18 mins drive
Lo Pagan is most famous for its mud baths. These are free. The mud baths are located at the end of the beach and the start of the salinas walking and cycling route out to sea. Simply walk down the steps, cover yourself with the therapeutic mud, said to be good for all types of skin complaints, aches and pain, dry off in the sun, then re-enter the water to wash it all off!

On one side of the road we have the med coast with it's sand and waves, on the other side we have the Mar Menor with it's calm warm water, almost like being in the bath unbelievable experience.

Places of interest & ideas of things to do in Lo Pagan
Beach: long and sandy.
Promenade: long and paved, joins into the mud baths and salinas walking and cycling route.
Marina: small.
Children's Funfair: opposite the marina open during summer months only.
Mud Baths: treat your skin!
Salinas Walking & Cycling Route: out into the Mar Menor

Within a short drive from the property you have 4 Golf courses: La Finca at Algorfa, Villamartin, Real Club Campoamor, Las Rambles, all approx 10-15 minutes drive.

The new Zenia Boulevard located in La Zenia approximately 5 minutes drive away, is a magnificent shopping complex with 100's of shops, bowling alley and restaurants. There is ample free parking.

Las Habaneras shopping centre located in Torrevieja just a 10 minute drive away, it's a 3 story open air shopping centre and is home to clothing / sport shops (Inc Zara & H&M), perfumeries, Game, hardware shops and many more. Ample parking is provided.

The Ozone entertain complex is just across the road, with a casino, ten pin bowling, cinema and restaurants.

There is a market everyday of the week on the Southern Costa Blanca. The 2 more local ones are Playa Flamenca on a Saturday and is a 5 minute drive, and
Torrevieja market which is held on a Friday and is probably the largest market in the area.

There are two bus services an hour to Torrevieja and a local bus service to the beaches and to Cabo Roig. There is a Taxi rank at Punta Prima and we can also
provide a taxi number. A car is not essential when staying at La Florida, but if you wish to explore to surrounding area we do advise that you hire a car.
