MASTER BEDROOM
Furnished and features a comfortable double bed plus Fitted double wardrobes and 2 bedside cabinets, From the bedroom sliding patio doors lead onto a patio , ideal for relaxing outside, Bed linen, towels and provided for you during your stay.
SECOND BEDROOM
The second bedroom is just as luxurious with twin single beds, fitted double wardrobes and single bedside cabinet with lights, and bed linen, and towels for your stay
THIRD BEDROOM
The third bedroom is a lovely room ideal for 1 or 2 people. The unique and very comfortable bed allows the room to be used for a single occupancy or with its special feature a second pull - out bed can convert the room into a twin room. It was fitted wardrobe, and a single bedside cabinet with lamp. And come with bed linen and towels are provided for your stay.
BATHROOM
A modern, white bathroom with is attractively tiled throughout consists of a bath, shower, shower screen, wash basin, mirror, toilet, shaver point and bidet.
KITCHEN
The kitchen area is open - plan on to the lounge and adds to the feeling of light and space. It is, as you would expect, fully equipped with cutely and crockery as well as all of the cooking utensils you may need.
It also features a fridge, freezer, oven, hob, grill, extractor fan, kettle, toaster and microwave. Also, if you require any laundry doing during your stay, we have provided an iron, ironing board, washing machine. To save you precious holiday time instead of washing the dishes make use of the dish washer provided.
FRONT PATIO
You can enjoy your meals out on the front or rear patios. From the living area the patio door open up and lead you into the spacious patio area. Here you can relax and enjoy a cool drink and watch the world go by or watch the children play near the outside pool and play area.
REAR PATIO
Access to the rear patio is through the master bedroom ideal for meals in the afternoon. From the rear patio there are spectacular Mountain View of the Sierra Espuna national park and surrounding golf course.
We have a table and chairs and sun loungers for you to enjoy.
SWIMMING POOL AREA.
The Apartment has a outside swimming pool which you can see from the apartment which is not only inviting in the summer months to cool down but it's also in a secure area, allowing children to play outside the swimming area in safety.
Condado de Alhama
Condado de Alhama is situated between Alhama de Murcia and Mazarron in the Costa Calida, the warm coast, one on Spain's most popular holiday destinations.
Condado de Alhama is an area of 9.000.000m2 where residents can enjoy a fantastic quality of life in properties set in beautiful surroundings, with the magnificent golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus. Within the resort there are restaurants, bars, supermarket, sports centre, tennis courts, etc.

The Principal Signature course has 18 holes and is par 72. It measures 6,900 metres from the furthest tee. It is also the most ambitious course in the whole of Condado de Alhama, covering 96 Ha. Located in a fantastic area, it features brusque changes in elevation and makes the most of the natural surroundings, thereby creating a unique and exclusive course.
Airport Information
The resort is situated approximately 45/50 minutes from Murcia San Javier airport and approximately 1 hour 10 minutes from Alicante airport. The new international airport at Corvera is due to open and this will be reached within 15 to 20 minutes. Air Berlin and all low cost flights within Germany, Holland and Belgium fly to the below mentioned airports.

RENTAL CHARGES & DAMAGE DEPOSIT
A deposit of �50.00 per week (or part thereof) is payable at the time of booking.The balance is payable Five weeks prior to departure.If the date of departure is within five weeks, the full amount is payable at the time of reservation. Along with the deposit amount (or full payment) whichever is applicable the sum of �100 is to be paid, this amount will be refunded back to you within 7 days of your return providing no damage has been done by either yourself or a member of your party either to our property or its contents.
CHARGE FOR CLEANING AND LINEN CHANGE
There is a charge from 50 Euros per booking for the cleaning and linen change. This is payable directly to our property manager on arrival. Clean bed linen, towels and tea towels are provided. Please note that beach towels are not provided and the apartment towels must not be used for the pool or beach.
Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 4 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 100GBP
Final Cleaning charge - from 50eGBP
