The duplex provides comfortable accommodation for 8. 1 king size bedroom, 1 triple (1dbl and 1 single with extra under bed) and 1 single with extra under bed. It is on two levels and comprises of 3 bedrooms and 2 patios. The house bathroom has a walk in shower, W.C, sink unit. There is also a separate room with W.C. and sink unit. The fully fitted kitchen/diner is well equipped and seats 8. There are outside patios at the front and rear of the duplex which includes a BBQ area.
