On arrival at the villa you are greeted by your �Villa Rep�, given a guided tour of the villa and any questions can be answered here. You will already have been given complete and comprehensive �Local information�, �Puerto Banus� and �Costa del Sol� guide book with your booking pack, but there is also a copy kept at the villa. However your Villa Rep will also recommend her personal favourite restaurants, bars and activities, and give you an idea of price range and distance from the villa.
VILLA PAMPER SERVICES
Although you are invited to book this villa as self-catering, your Villa Rep is there to look after you for the whole duration of your stay � and can order many extras for you at a surcharge. If you require cooked breakfasts, lunches or dinners in the comfort of your own villa, entertainment, additional cleaning, child-minding, or practically anything your little heart desires � she can organise all this for you. Once we receive your enquiry � all this information is supplied in detail in our �villa Pamper Services� notelet.

PLEASE NOTE - The sleeping accommodation ca be very versatile according to your needs - so we indicate how many beds we can supply if you need to have extra beds to sleep UP TO 20 at the prices quoted.
We also have 2 sofa beds in the upstairs lounge - if you would prefer to use these instead of the extra beds offered - this is included in your price to sleep up to 20.

There is a Dormitory Apartment which sleeps 4 and a caravan which sleeps 2

SUMMARY
With an average of 300 glorious sunshine-filled days every year, and with protective mountain backdrops and cool breezes from the ocean, this glorious part of the world makes for a wonderful holiday. Sitting on the beach, (only 3 minutes� walk from the villa) after a �hard� day�s sun-bathing you can totally relax with your Sangria and watch the most glorious sunsets you are ever likely to witness as the sun slowly fades from view over the skyline of Gibraltar and Africa and disappears into oblivion.

Rental Notes
The accommodation consists of the Main villa having 7 bedrooms, 6 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 lounges and extensive terraces.
Linen & bath (not beach or pool) towels are provided
Cleaning is included in the price prior to arrival, on departure and every 7 days.
>Additional cleaning or child-minding can be pre-arranged for a surcharge.
>Travel cots and high chairs are available on request for which there is no charge.
Bookings are minimum of 7 nights peak months and minimum 3 nights off peak.
Changeover day is negotiable.
>A key / security deposit of 1000� is required on arrival and is returned on departure.

If you require sleeping for up to 24 persons there is a surcharge applicable.
A huge selection of villa pamper services are available.
Additional single beds can also be provided to make the sleeping arrangements more flexible.
