The house is a one-off built in the hills between Los Romanes and Benamargosa. It benefits from stunning views sweeping around from Mount Maroma past the Med at Torre del Mar and around to the valley below Comares. Set on its' own plot it is ideal for those looking for a peaceful holiday retreat whilst within easy distance of Velez-Malaga and the seaside town of Torre del Mar. Perfect for walking, mountain biking or even bird watching as the eagles fly past the house. The house offers a tranquil, relaxing setting which is perfect for families or couples.
The house is a perfect base for exploring the countryside whether on foot, car or,if you are feeling really fit, by mountain bike!
Across the valley you will see the village of Comares, which dates from Medieval times and is said to be the highest village in Andalucia. Walk a short distance northwards up the track at the side of the house and you will be rewarded with views over Lake Vi�uela with Mount Maroma towering above.
The village of Benamargosa lies in the valley to the south of the property and a few kilometers to the south is the town of Velez-Malaga with its 13th Century fort . Just above the house are the remains of an ancient atalaya (lookout post) with a more complete tower visible a few kilometers to the east.
