Beautiful self catering apartment in a gated estate called "Chelsey Village" near to the village of Arapkoy.
The two bedroomed apartment is situated on a plateau which has traditionally been an agricultural settlement and is now recognised as a prestigious area of serenity and comfort - a perfect location to "get away from it all".
The apartment has everything you need for your holiday.
Bedroom 1 has a double bed with full height wardrobes, air conditioning,bedside drawers with lamps, patio doors leading to a small balcony and a window to the side elevation.
Bedroom 2 has twin beds, fitted wardrobes, window and air conditioning.
Bathroom has WC, wash hand basin, shower cubicle, and quality tiling to floor and walls.
The kitchen area includes electric cooker and extractor, gas bob, fridge freezer, washing machine, kettle toaster, microwave, ample storage cupboards and many utensils.
The Living Room is air conditioned with patio doors to the balcony. It has a comfortable sofa and chair, dining table with six chairs and a nest of tables, TV unit with combi TV-DVD, radio and a large free standing fan.
The balcony has a patio table, parasol and chairs.
We also include hairdryer, clothes dryer, iron and many other items of equipment.
Ample towels and bedding (summer and winter) are included. Property and linens cleaned prior to arrival. Additional cleaning can easily be arranged with the owneers as required. A washing machine is provided for your use, together with an iron and ironing board.
This is a no smoking apartment.
There is two beautiful pools on site. The nearaby village has a restaurant serving traditional food, a local bar and a small but adequate supermarket.
Electricity is the same as in the UK - 240v with standard 3 pin plugs fitted in the apartment.
If you want to visit somewhere that feels as though you are far away from anywhere, Arapkoy is the place to go. A plateau spreading from the mountains to the sea with nature all around is the only way to describe Arapkoy. Uninterrupted mountain and sea views are one of its major benefits.
Chelsey Village has been designed to complement the surrounding area providing an excellent location as a base whilst touring the island. Close to the new Championship Golf Course and just 30 minutes drive from Ercan Airport, an hour from Larnaca (South Vyprus), it has the most breathtaking views of Cyprus you could wish for.
There are lots of beaches within easy reach of Chelsey Village. Most are free access however they will have limited facilities, freat if you're looking for a quiet time. Some others charge 5tl (approx £2) for using the facilities. This allows all day access and a sun lounger, parasol etc. Details can be found in the apartment information pack.
The award winning 18 hole Korineum golf course is only 10/15 minute drive away.
Ercan airport, situated on the North side of the island, is approx 30 minutes drive away. Larnaca airport, situated on the South side of the island, is approx 60 minutes drive (this option involves a very easy border crossing).
Car hire is essential as the apartment is located away from the hustle and bustle of the town.
Airport transfers and car hire can be organised if required.
Kyrenia, famous for its picturesque harbour, mosques, historic castle, shops, supermarkets, bars, restaurants and casinos is only a 15 minute drive away.
The village of Arapkoy, with a local mini market, bar, restaurant and mosque is just a few minutes walk away.
The coastline of North Cyprus offers some of the safest bathing in the Mediterranean, bringing delights for swimmers, snorkelers, divers, sailors, water-skiers and fishermen alike.

Rental Notes
A 20% deposit is payable to secure the booking. The remaining balance is tobe paid 6 weeks prior to your departure date. An additional £100 security deposit is also required which is refundable upon satisfactory inspection of the property after your departure. Any breakages to be replaced by guests. A welcome pack can be arranged at an additional cost. Cancellation within 6 weeks of departure will result in loss of 75%. No charge if cancellation is made prior to 6 weeks of travel.

Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 100GBP
