In central Greece, in a two hour distance from both Athens and Thessalonikii and only 10 km from Sourpis road intersection, in the national road Athens-Thessaloniki is the coastal village of Amaliapoli, at first Mitzela.
The village was named Amaliapoli, in 1839, after Amalia, the first Queen of Contemporary Greece visited the village and was amazed by the harmony of the landscape and the sea-mountain combination, as the settlement is located on a hill. The village is near Skopelos, Alonnisos and one hour from Skiathos island. Also is located near the Mythological Mountain of Pelion, home of the Centaurs and you can visit Meteora, where the 'monasteries of the air' are, which is magnificent.
Amaliapoli and the neighboring �Nies� bay, where a global golf tourist unit �Lavender Bay Golf Resort� will be built and will attract people with different interests, because of the Mediterranean Games in 2013.

However for that personal touch someone can meet you at the airport or ferry port to help you with your transportation needs. You also have a welcome pack of water, fresh bread, butter, jam, tea and coffee included in the price to get you started.
Special rates : The longer you stay the cheaper it gets for long term rental. Flexible the minimum stays.
The rates above are based on max 4 people, sharing the accommodation. Providing there is one extra person the cost comes to 15 euro per day.( max 5 people ).
Should there be damage inflicted to the property, the tenant(s)will be held responsible and liable for the full cost of the damage before the departure.

The rest payment the date of your arrival.
Our price include : House linen, towels, water for cleaning, electricity, air conditioning. We offer extra towels and sheets for your accommodation. No charge for the end cleaning after your departure. For long terms we offer cleaning service if you ask and the cost comes to 30.00 Euro per day. We can refill your fridge, to make your arrival comfortable. This service is not included at the rates. Please contact us early enough for this service.
We offer a sailing boat for your cruises around Pagasitic Gulf and Sporades Island.This service also, is not included at the rates. During your accommodation we offer you one mobile prepaid phone with greek number for our free communication. You can buy a prepaid telephone card for your personal telephones.
Also providing you have a weekly stay ( 6 nights), we offer you one extra day free without any extra charge in order to stay in one traditional mansion in Pelion build in 18th century including breakfast.
