Casa Reebol has three floors all marbled flooring throughout.
The front gate leads onto a small garden area with four steps up to the front porch/terrace which has table and chairs for al-fresco eating and dining. The front door leads you to the spacious and modern lounge/dining/kitchen area, plus a small W.C. to the right of the lounge area.
1st floor via Marble Steps reaches the Bathroom, Master Bedroom with double bed and patio doors onto a sunny terrace and also the 2nd bedroom with twin beds.
3rd Floor is a sunny and private sun solarium with tables and chairs, parasol and sun loungers.
There is full air conditioning throughout (which can be used for a small fee) which can be paid for upon arrival if required.. We will give you our spanish number to reach us on if there are any difficulties whilst on holiday.
The communal pool area is situated just across the road from the property and has a childs section, grassed area and patio area for sunbathing if wanted. The property itself is situated on the very beautiful Las Ramblas Golf Course and is surrounded by the greenery of the golf and pine trees and is boasted to be one of the most well cared for areas in the district. The new Las Ramblas clubhouse is just one minute walk from the property and serves meals and snacks and a la carte as well as just a cool drink and tapas from morning to night and children are welcome.
Commercial La Fuente is a five min drive inc. bars and restaurants, entertainment ...Supermarket just a minute further along the road. Beautiful golden sands of the costas are plentifold and approx 8 minutes to reach the coast by car. Smoking is permitted on the terrace only.
I also have other apartments and villas etc in the same area to cater for bigger parties or groups of people or families that wish to holiday together.
Bath and Hand towels are provided plus bedlinen.. please bring your own pool/beach towels..or we can hire them to you for a small charge if you dont wish to pack them in your suitcase..
