Please note that the minimum stay is 7 nights.
There is a weekly 20.00 charge for electricity usage andWiFi and a 100.00 cleaning charge will be applied if the apartment is left in an unclean condition.
Change-over day is generally Saturday and check-in is from 16.00. Check-out is by 11.00. Weekday check-in and check-out is also possible however check-in is generally after 18.00 and check-out is by 8.00am.
A 20% holding deposit is due at the time of booking via the PayPal system. This is a worldwide secure payment system used by businesses and travellers. If you do not have a Paypal account, please log on to their website and read/open an account. It is very easy -just follow their instructions. A refundable security deposit of 300.00 is payable at check-in. The deposit is held in the event of any damages or breakages, which is returned to you when you leave.
