This is a 3 bedroom quad style house with fabulous views Towards Torrevieja . The property also has a private roof terrace sun loungers and table and chairs. Bedrooms, one have fitted wardrobes. A well fitted kitchen oven, ceramic hob, washing machine, fridge freezer, toaster, kettle and microwave. The lounge has comfortable seating and a table with four chairs.
There is English speaking TV Air conditioning lounge and master bedroom .
Shops, bars and restaurants are within a 5 minute walk and the Habaneras Shopping Center, with many quality stores, is a 5 minute drive by car. 10 -15 minute walk There are a number of large supermarkets, water park, cinemas, indoor bowling etc. close by. A regular bus service goes into Torrevieja centre from just outside the house You will find the marina, beaches and the evening market along the promenade, as well as many shops, bars and restaurants.
Habaneras shopping area.5 minutes drive by car or bus will take you to the beaches and marina of Torrevieja.
This property is aprox 45 minutes drive from Alicante or Murcia airports.
Torrevieja is an attractive town with large car parking areas, lots of bars, restaurants, supermarkets, markets and shops. There is an evening market along the promenade from the Marina.
The Paraque de las Naciones is a ideal place for children, it has a lake and swan shaped boats. Close by you will find Carrefour hyper-market, also the newly opened Habanaras shopping centre. Aquapolis aqua park is open from middle June until middle September, complete with slides, pools and a picnic area, also a cafe. Torrevieja is surrounded by two large salt lakes, home to a lot of different wild life and flamingos

There are five main beaches in Torrevieja. At the northern end of the resort is the popular La Mata beach which offers fine sand and a full range of facilities - foot showers, volleyball nets, water sports etc.
