Our Villa is a delightful mix of traditional build and contemporary style. With Cretan stone arches, woodern vaulted ceiling, window shutters and modern comfortable leather sofas, elegant dining with all mod-cons. Situated outside the tradtional village of Litsarda in its own gated plot of 4,200 sqm,it has wonderful views of the sea and white mountains. The village centre is a 5 min walk away where you'll find 2 tavernas, one being a pizzeria - delicious pizzas to eat in or takeaway. The villa is designed with the living/dining room and kitchen all being on the 1st floor. There are 2 balconies off the living room - a great place to read, sunbathe or enjoy a glass of wine while admiring the amazing sunsets. The large private pool (10mx5m) enjoys the sun all day long and there are ample sun loungers, table and chairs. Set in a peaceful location our villa is best suited for families and couples who want a great place to 'chill out' but with easy access to local amenities and the resorts of Almyrida, Kalyves and Georgioupolis.

All 3 bedrooms, living room and dining area have air-con which is included in the price.
A covered pergola offers welcome shade from the mid-day sun.
There is a BBQ for alfresco dining and ample sun beds. There are tables and chairs on the terrace and balconies.
The villa is in a peaceful location with 2 upstairs balconies and terraces off every bedroom.
There are some lovely walks through the countryside. The traditional villages neighbouring Litsarda are Vamos, Gavolohori, Xirosterni and Kafalas.

Discounts for Bookings of 2 weeks or more.
5% off if booked during January.
A non refundable of 30% is required to secure your booking and is to be paid with 5 days. The balance is to be paid 8 weeks prior to departure date. Any bookings taken within 8 weeks of departure will be required to be paid in full.
A refundable breakage/damage deposit of �150 is required with the final balance and will be returned within 14 days of you departing the villa if there are no breakage, damages or additional cleaning.

Bike Hire is available for �7 per bike per week.
The price includes a mid holiday clean and clean bed linen and towels for guests staying for 2 weeks.
Pool/beach towels are not supplied - guests are asked to bring their own.

Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 150GBP
