Villa is in a quiet complex near Fantasia Hotel on the outskirts of Kusadasi Centrum. It is on 2 levels with comfortable and cozy furnishings and in a private fenced garden filled with fruit trees and a garage. Walk to the beach, supermarket, Bazaar, etc. in 5 min. and go to Kusadasi Centrum by minibus in 10 min. Mini-buses pass by the road parallel to the house every few minutes. No need to rent a car. Extremely safe and comfortable for families. It is self contained and has three bedrooms. One bedroom has a queen size bed that sleeps two people. Second bedroom also has a queen size bed + a bunk bed that can sleep two people. This room has air-conditioner. The third bedroom also has a big bed and a twin bed. The kitchen is clean and well equipped. There is a clothes washer and a dish-washer, TV with satellite, and a portable tape player/radio. There is a full bathroom on the second floor and a toilet on the first floor. There is also a beautiful shower outside. Hot water is provided by solar energy. All linens are provided. Outside the French doors there is a front terrace / patio with table, chairs and a swing to enjoy outdoors. There is also a terrace / patio with outside table, chairs in the back. Smoking is allowed only outside.
There is a theme park, Aqua Park nearby. Also closeby are larger shopping centers KIPA and Migros. It takes about 45 minutes to go to Virgin Mary's House and Ephesus. Greek island Samos may be visited via a daily excursion. There are many travel agents in Kusadasi Centrum who can arrangement such excursions for you at reasonable price. Kusadasi Centrum has a lot to offer: Many shops, bars, restaurants, and cafes.
Safety and breakage deposit is required, but is totally refundable when the villa is found to be in good condition. 20% of the rent and the safety deposit are due at the time of booking. There is also a one-time cleaning fee of $55. These are refundable if booking is cancelled three weeks before arrival. All fees (deposit + rent+ cleaning fee) must be paid in full two weeks before arrival to avoid cancellation.
