A fully air-conditioned luxury two bedroom ground floor apartment with small private terrace/garden, situated in the affluent area of Porto do Mos. Set in a peaceful little street with its own secure pool/Jaccuzi just 20 paces away, which is shared with the 6 apartments of this complex. Digital/Cable TV. iPod connections in bedrooms and kitchen.

Ample safe car parking places available, electric shutters and video entry for complete security and peace of mind.

The apartment is just less than a 10 minute walk away from the sandy (Blue Flag) beach of Porto do Mos, with two bar/restaurants on the beach, with both inside and terraced seating, ideal for meals or just a drink. The famous Praia Dona Ana beach is about 2 kms away. The Punta de Piedade Beach is closeby and is absolutely gorgeous and seems untouched even though it is surrounded by urban neighbourhoods. It is one of the most frequented beaches in Lagos.

Historic Lagos with its cobbled sidewalks and colourful market square, is without doubt the most interesting town in the Algarve. Lagos town centre is about 5 minutes away by car and a local bus and taxi service is available. The walking distance to Lagos is about 45 min for a slow walker. The town boasts a beautiful marina which has been built within the last 10 years and is a wonderful place for 'people watching' with many restaurants and bars looking out over the marina. Whatever you want, relaxing or clubbing, it is there to be enjoyed.

Lagos also boasts magnificent beaches and the harbour is rich in history. The town has museums and a gallery with many shops to browse around as well as many different restaurants. It is a hive of activity at lunch times and in the evening.

With over 300 days of sun a year and great temperatures, our peaceful apartment is the ideal place for a perfect holiday for singles, families and/or a golfing base for all golfing enthusiasts as there are 6 or more golf resorts within easy reach.

Lagos has a marina that arranges daily boat trips to see the dolphins and deep sea fishing, or to visit the grottos. There are several water parks within a short drive, one called Zoo Marine which has dolphins and for an extra charge you can swim amongst them. The centre of Lagos has an open market 6 days a week, plenty of restaurants offering freshly caught fish and a vast array of other dishes from around the world. The city with its colourful market squares has plenty of shops and supermarkets within its narrow cobbled streets. Motor racing entertainment at the Autodromo Algarve.

As well as the golden sandy Porto do Mos beach, there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive. Horse riding, cycling, walking, canoeing/paddle boats.

For golfers there are the challenges of 6 courses between 5 and 20 mins drive away.

Ideal for families or just for a romantic break for two. The apartment comprises two bedrooms, living/dining area, well equipped fully fitted kitchen with private garden/terrace. The entrance to the apartment is gated and the garden/terrace is walled.

The main bedroom has a double bed with en-suite bathroom and patio doors which lead out to a private terrace/garden, complete with garden furniture. The second bedroom has two single beds, with patio doors opening onto a balcony. Both rooms have fitted double wardrobes.

The living/dining area comfortably seats four people with digital/cable TV. There is a gated quiet communal pool just 20 paces away shared only with the other 6 apartments in our complex.

Fully air conditioned, central heated, towels, linen provided. Please bring your own towels for pool and beach.

DVD Player, Digital/Cable TV, Surround Sound System throughout the apartment suitable for linking up your iPod (Please bring connector cable).

Small BBQ area suitable for disposable BBQ, garden/terrace, garden furniture, ample parking, 2 sunbeds, shared gated swimming pool with Jacuzzi.

Taxi transfers to and from airport can be arranged for an extra payment of 80 each way. Meet and greet at the apartment between 09.00 and 17.00 is free. Outside these hours the service can be booked for a charge of 30. Should you have short term booking requirements, please do ask and we can advise you of the availability. Also Dutch spoken.

Rental Notes

The booking is made with a 20% deposit to secure the booking which is non-refundable. Full payment is due 6 weeks before departure. If the booking falls within 6 weeks of departure, a full payment will be required in advance.

The apartment check-in time: 16:00 hours, check-out 10:30 hours.

A security deposit of 200 will be taken prior to occupation of the property. This will be returned at the end of your stay upon inspection of the apartment.
