Rental Notes
Longer term rentals are available for Sweet Homes Villa; please ask us for details.
Changeover days are flexible. Check-in: normally 3pm and check-out: usually 10am but where possible we are flexible.
A deposit of 25% is required on booking, with the balance due 8 weeks prior to your holiday.
A holding (returnable) deposit against breakages/losses of £150 per booking is also required.
Included in our rates: all bedlinen & towels (please bring your own beach/pool towels); cleaning/laundry following your stay; airconditioning; electricity/hot water. Also included is the use of a car to enable you to explore North Cyprus.
