Rental Notes

Rate includes all water and electricity and 100mbs fibreotics/wifi. Apartment will be fully cleaned between client bookings and the apartment will be provided with clean linen and towels and a welcome pack.

During the Low and Mid Season periods the apartment is available for longer lets at a negotiated rate. These lets will not include weekly cleans and fresh linen and clients Special discounts for 3 weeks and over and for repeat bookings.

There is a small additional charge of £25 per extra guest if over 4 people staying in the apartment.

Deposit of £100 required (non refundable) to secure a booking. Remainder to be paid in full 6 weeks prior to departure. Bookings made on a 'First come First served basis'.

We do unfortunately have to charge a £150 damages deposit which is fully refundable within 14 days of departure if the apartment is left in reasonable condition.

We can arrange low cost airport transfer from Malaga and we can help you with car hire if you'd prefer.
