Three minutes stroll to the promenade and beautiful beach, and five minutes to the marina with bars, restaurants, mini-market, shops, cash machine and car hire. An 18 hole, par 72 golf course with modern facilities is a five-minute drive away.
Ten minutes by car or bus takes you to the town of Ayamonte with its wealth of bars, shops, restaurants and a ferry, which crosses the river Guadiana to Portugal. The airport of Faro in Portugal is approx. 50km away and the historic city of Seville 150km, both reached by motorways.
The Costa de la Luz, situated in south western Andalucia, Spain, is a beautiful area, largely untouched & without the mass tourist exploitation of other parts of Spain. This apartment is a good base for exploring southern Spain and the Portuguese Algave. The area has a natural game reserve -the Parque Nacional de Danana, peaceful and unspoilt. The average temperature for the year is the warmest for the whole of Europe, reputedly having 3000 hours sunshine.
