Past guests have described their Villa Andaluz experience on facebook so please have a look and in the meanwhile, I will describe the features here.
Villa Andaluz is a luxury villa with heated pool, built and furnished to a high specification, and extends over 3 floors that provide a huge amount of space of 450 square metres.
This includes a grand marbled entrance hall, large living room, fully-fitted kitchen & dining room, separate utility, cloakroom and access to the middle floor terrace.
The top floor, is a private suite and has a kitchenette and lounge area,huge bathroom as well as a private terrace and is the largest bedroom in the villa.
The bottom floor has the spacious family room, second kitchen, access to the loggia that can seat 14.
In addition, there are a further 3 double bedrooms (2 with twin beds), an additional sleeping area for 2 guests, 2 further sumptuous bathrooms (1 is en-suite.)
Externally, we have a hot and cold shower so one can shower under the stars.

Further facilities include a huge entrance courtyard, automated entry gate, an established garden set to paving and lawn, shrubs and palm trees, with private, heated (8x4 metres)swimming pool surrounded by sun beds, and umbrellas.

Rental Notes
The tariff here are for 4-6 people and there are rates for groups of up to 8 people and also for families of 10-12 + 2 cots. During the UK school holidays, the tariff for full occupancy mostly applies. Saturday is the change over day from Easter and 7 nights is the minimum stay during these months. However this can vary from December to March each year.
Booking deposit - 25%
Balance to be paid - 2 months prior to arrival.
