This is a stunning luxurious villa suitable for large family groups or two groups sharing the cost. Furnished to a very high standard. Closeby is the tournament golf course of La Finca (5 minute drive) at Algorfa. There are 4 other top class courses in and around the area. The villa has its own superb private pool, which is elevated out of the ground and ballastraded 33 feet long x 16 feet wide. That has a six feet wide sunbathing area around it. The nearest beach is Guadamar only 10-15 Minute drive away or 8 km. Has excellent transport links from Alinate and Murcia airports (in between the two). The AP7 Motorway is 2km from the villa, far enough not to be heard and near enough to get out and about. All the main attractions on the Costa Blanca can be accessed from this villa with a car. Games room including pool, darts, board games coming in 2007 season.
