The house is in the village of Torchiaro and its history can be traced back to the 13th century the house its self is believed to be 500 years old and has recently undergone a complete renovation. The accomodation is spread over three floors the main living/dining area being on the middle floor as is the front door, on this level there is a balcony to the rear from which to enjoy the magnificent panorama and plenty of space for relaxing and eating. On the top floor there is 1 double and 1 single bedroom and a bathroom with shower cubicle. On the lower floor in the basement there is a further bathroom,second living room with double sofa bed and a smaller bed/sitting room with a single bed. There is an exterior door to the rear of the house and at the bottom of the stone steps there is a utility room
