The apartment is located within a beautiful, peaceful, light and sunny villa full of traditional Spanish charm with spectacular mountain views in a relaxing area of Gandia with just a 150 metres walk to one of Gandia's quieter, natural sand dune beaches and only a 4 minute drive to the main shopping centre, award winning Gandia beach,prestigious marina, beautiful shops and fantastic restaurants.
Places to see near the Villa
Gandia has a large weekly market every Saturday morning selling everything from clothes to fresh produce. There are also numerous shops, restaurants, bars and plenty of nightlife in Gandia if you want it.
The famous Terramitica theme park (based on a Disneyland complex) is only a 30 minute drive away, just outside Benidorm. The Villa is surrounded by orange groves and has fantastic mountain views.
The Villa is situated just 45 minutes drive from Valencia which is Spain’s third largest city, with fantastic architecture and a prestigious shopping district.
