The villa has recently benefited from an appliance upgrade which consisted of the replacement of all white goods, a new king size bed in the master suite, installation of solar panel pool heating and various other improvements to a total of $20000.00, (Easter 2005).

The estate is located on US highway 27 a short drive north from exit 55 of Interstate 4. Orlando Int Airport is an easy 30 minute drive away.
Shops, supermarkets and restaurants are only 2 to 3 minutes drive along highway 27 with even more shops, restaurants and attractions a little further away on the 192.
When you want a change of pace from Orlando’s famous attractions, the Gulf or Atlantic coasts are only 60 minutes drive away.
