SkyTV Channels available.Sunny balcony is ideal for eating out and enjoying the sun from morning till late in the day, overlooking the sea and gardens. With air-conditioning/heating. There is an adult sized swimming pool and a small child's pool surrounded by secure and well kept tropical gardens, never too busy.With security gates, and a lift from the underground car park taking you directly to the first floor apartment.
Situated between Estepona town and Puerto Duquesa marina for restaurants, nightlife,cafes, bars and shops just 4 minutes drive away and trendy Puerto Banus 20 minutes away for multi-cinema complex, huge shopping centres, casino and harbour cruises together with night clubs and watching the jet set.
The apartment is nestled in the Andalucian mountains but close to the ancient village of Casares, a very pretty village of only 3000 residents, deceptive at first but after close inspection there are castles, churches, tapas bars, fountains and plazas.
Sotogrande perhaps the most beautiful coastal location along the Costa del Sol. With miles of safe beaches enclosed by sand dunes and green fields with vast expanses of marshlands. Views of Gibraltar Straights where the Mediterranean meets the Atlantic with Morocco and the Atlas mountains as the backdrop.
Only 5 minutes stroll to the local beach. Stylish shopping at Marbella and Estepona and local markets each day of the week.
There are 20 golf courses within 30 minutes of the apartment. Ferry to Morocco just 35 minutes drive away. Selwo theme/safari park 15 minutes drive.
There is a convenience store locally and a supermarket 5 minutes drive, also ATM and pharmacy, internet cafes.

electricity and water extra charges, please see website.and cleaning included in price. For long rentals we provide linen for 2 weeks. The apartment is cleaned before arrival and after rental period, fresh towels and linen provided weekly for long rentals provided fortnightly.
Long term rentals (1-6 months) 550 per month, from September to April, plus electricity and water charges.

Booking deposit - 20%
Balance to be paid - 6 weeks prior to arrival.
Refundable security deposit - 100GBP
Heating or Air Conditioning charge - 30GBP per week
