Only 7 to 10 minutes drive from the many beaches and restaurants at Javea and Moraira. Two restaurants / bars within easy walking distance. Others nearby. Close to Javea Golf Club and Benitachell Bowls Club. 30 min. drive to Terra Mitica theme park, Terra Natura wildlife park, Aqualandia water park and Mundomar (Sea World). Safari Park 20 minutes drive.
3 - 4 minutes drive to decent supermarket in Benitachell.
A car is necessary and ample parking is provided on the shaded driveways.
Changeover day is normally Saturday but it may be possible to arrange another out of peak season - phone owners to discuss on 01730 260990.

For rentals from 3rd November 2012 to 29th March 2013 add gas and electricity consumed. Also add water consumed to long lets.
For rentals of only one week duration add �50 per let to help towards extra cost of changeovers and welcome packs.
