Ground floor: You enter the house up three steps into the entrance hall off which is a shower room with wc & handbasin. The open plan living room has a dining area with table & six chairs, comfortable settee, occasional table and sliding patio doors open onto the covered terrace with table and chairs for meals al fresco. There is also an attractive built in barbecue. Ranch style doors lead from the living room into the well equipped separate kitchen with twin sinks, 4 ring ceramic hob, oven/grill, washing machine, fridge/freezer & microwave. Electric kettle & toaster. A door leads from kitchen to the covered terrace.
First floor: At the top of the stairs a door leads out onto a terrace with table and chairs – a place for a quiet breakfast perhaps. Its also private so ideal for the sunworshipper. Back inside the house a corridor leads to two bedrooms each with two single beds and built in wardrobes. One bedroom has a door leading onto a balcony. Bathroom with bath (shower over), wc and handbasin. Master bedroom with double bed, built in wardrobe and wall mounted air conditioning in master bedroom only. A door leads off the bedroom onto a balcony also overlooking the garden and pool area.
Garden: The covered patio as previously described has steps leading down from this to the garden and pool area. The area immediately surrounding the pool is paved with small attractive pebbles elsewhere. “Instant” mature palms are to be planted very soon. The villa has its own swimming pool (approx 8m x4m), three sunbeds, parasol and its own car port.
