This well maintained, fully furnished, self contained apartment is situated in a quiet area on the east coast of Saint Lucia. Our apartment is ideal for a peaceful break away on this beautiful Caribbean Island.
With plenty of room to produce some seasonal tropical fruits that we are always happy to share with our guests, our property sits on ½ acre of land that is beautifully landscaped, in a very quiet and relaxing atmosphere.
The apartment comprises 6 spacious rooms. Along with natural lighting, there is a constant flow of cool tropical breeze coming in from every direction. In addition we provide ceiling fans in every room apart from the toilet /shower.
Your space includes:

- Kitchen / diner
The two very spacious verandas at the front and rear of the property provide extra open space in which to relax.
You will have the use of everything that is contained in your Saint Lucia apartment; that includes:
- Kitchen utensils
- Bed linen
- Kitchen appliances
- Cable television and
- Wireless Internet Access
In addition you will also have access to our laundry room.
Interaction with Guests:
If you would like me to meet you at the airport upon your arrival, I can do so for a fee (EC$40.00) much less than the normal Tax fare. From then on, and only upon request, I will be available 24/7.
Whatever your needs are, please feel free to ask.
A tour around Saint Lucia is a main feature on visitors “to do list.” I can also provide this service at a reduced rate; the choice is entirely yours. I am committed to ensuring the comfort of all our guests therefore I will respect your privacy.

For a quick and basic bit of shopping the local grocer is only 2 minutes away.
Our property is in a location that is characterized by a good mix of town and country life. A short drive or walk off the main road will lead you to the cul-de-sac that is free from disturbance. Hiring a vehicle during your stay will be a great advantage. You will have the opportunity to test your driving skills on our typical Saint Lucia country road.
If you do decide to hire a vehicle, you will require a drivers’ permit. You can obtain a drivers permit at the airport upon arrival for which there is a charge. Please note also that driving on the Island is on the left side of the road.
You also have the option to use our public transport
Other Things to Note:
The apartment is approximately 10 minutes drive away from:
-The main international airport
- The shopping center of Vieux-Fort and
- Our nearest beach.
We are approximately 1 hour drive from Castries, our capital City, and about 45 minutes drive from Soufriere, where our world renowned Pitons and drive-in Volcano are located.
Our rainy season starts in June and ends in November but even during this time the temperature hovers between 60 to 90 degrees Fahrenheit. During the late to early part of the year we enjoy very cool evenings and early mornings but rest assured you will not be requiring any wooly clothing.
Please note that electricity supply in Saint Lucia is 220V but we can accommodate 110V if required. We do not provide personal appliances such as hair dryers.
The house rules are simple. Always lock the front door and the main gates upon exiting the property and never leave the gates open upon entry or exit. Switch off all electrical appliances including fans when leaving property. Absolutely No Smoking indoors but you are free to smoke outside.
