Our lovely 2 bedroomed apartment has everything you need for a relaxing holiday. It has recently been re-furbished. The floors have been re-tiled throughout the apartment and balconies. The bathroom has been re-tiled to match the the floor, vanity unit and sink installed and heated towel rail. Mirror with light also fitted.
It has been completely re-furnished to a high standard with 3 seater and 2 seater settees with matching stool in ivory leather. Table with chairs and matching unit. Lamp table, Now with English TV, DVD, CD player.
The main bedroom has a new kingsize bed with comfortable thick mattress, fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and extra chair. Sea view from french windows as you sit in bed with your first cup of tea of the day. The second bedroom has 2 single beds again with good quality mattresses, fitted wardrobe. This bedroom has a small balcony where you can hang out your washing to dry.
The kitchen has a new electric oven with ceramic hob. Fridge, kettle, toaster etc. The bathroom is large with bath, shower over bath, toilet, bidet, vanity unit and electric towel rail.
Balcony with table and chairs and beautiful views. The swimming pool is in the gardens with a villa setting.
It is situated in the Las Fuentas area of Alcossebre close to the beach, marina with its many restaurants and bars and there is a crazy golf course at the bottom of the road. Beautiful walkway down to the lighthouse to the left and all the way to the Marina at the back of the beach - walking to the right.
This is a lovely area of Spain with 5 beautiful sandy beaches, Marina, Town with many shops restaurants and bars. There are no highrise buildings.
