The villa consists of large airy lounge, fitted kitchen / breakfast room, utility room, 3 bedrooms in the main house - 1 with ensuite shower room, family shower room, PLUS a 4th bedroom with en-suite in the air conditioned chalet annexe.
Inside, the pristine lounge has a comfy sofa and armchairs, air conditioning, (heating in Winter) TV/DVD player and an open log fire. There is a large selection of holiday reading with books in English, German and French, plus some games.
The well-equipped and immaculately clean kitchen is fully fitted with modern units and every conceivable utensil, air conditioning/heating, electric oven, hob and extractor, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, etc. Dining area with extendable dining table and chairs.
Free Wifi is provided via fast cable broadband internet.
BEDROOM 1 is a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes, air conditioning/heating and en-suite shower room which is spotlessly clean.
BEDROOM 2 is a twin bedroom with air conditioning/heating, overlooking the garden.
BEDROOM 3 is a twin bedroom with air conditioning/heating. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share the family bathroom, all of which are, again, spotlessly clean.
Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £75 p/w.
Outside the villa there is a south facing sun terrace for all-day sunbathing with panoramic views of the Algarve countryside. On the terrace there is a large table, seating and barbecue, ideal for al fresco dining and the area can be lit at night. There is a private swimming pool, gated for toddler safety and illuminated at night, surrounded by a terrace with several sun loungers, side tables and parasol, you can sit in the reclining terrace chairs and sip your favourite tipple while enjoying the view....
The villa's gardens are fully enclosed.
Guests frequently comment that the villa is much larger than it appears in the photos.
NOTE - Prices quoted are for up to 4 people per week. Additional guests will be charged at an additional £50 per person, per week.

Rental Notes
Air conditioning/heating is available throughout the year, at an additional charge of £75 p/w.
Additional guest will be charged at £7 per night.
A holding deposit of 25% or £250/300€ is necessary to confirm your booking. The final balance plus a breakage deposit of £300/300€ (fully refundable) is due 8 weeks before your date of arrival.
All bookings between 01 November and 31 March are subject to an additional charge for electricity.
We can supply a welcome pack for you upon arrival this avoids the need for you to go straight to the shops when you arrive, ask for details. We can also supply a Baby Pack with items such as nappies, wet wipes, formula milk, baby food, etc., to suit your requirements, this saves you from having to carry heavy items on the plane. Please ask us to arrange it.
We aim to make the villa as child and baby friendly as possible with baby equipment such as cot, hight chair and baby bath.
