The villa is situated in the first line to the beach, accessible through door in the wall towards the beach, in the urbanisation of Estrella del Mar. Estrella del Mar has individally built houses, the owners has bought plots and built houses after own design.
The property consists of 658 sq.m. enclosed by stonewall. The whole plot has a foundation of concrete with tiles on the top with outcroppings for palms and plants. You are met by impressive venetian mirror where under stands a rococo cabinet, Somewhat to the left you step into a bedroom with own bathroom and fully equipped pantry. Further against the beach you are entering a large bedroom with double terrace doors giving you the fantastic view of the sea. The bedroom has bathroom with spacious Jacuzzi, shower cabinet and more. Danish art and Chinese carpets on marble floor. On the opposite side there's another bedroom with same double glass terrace doors. Adjoining this is the main bathroom with large jacuzzi, double wash basins, bide, WC and shower. Storage space is plentiful. Within the urbanisation there is four restaurants, the closest on crawling distance and the farthest 200 m from the villa. They offer a wide range of cousines, both spanish and international. Three of them has separate bar. Tennis courts and mini Golf is just outside the plot. The area has been saved from the bad effects of tourism and here you will enjoy the genuine spanish way of life.
Buying of essentials is made in Los Urrutias 350 meters away. Serious shopping is made in Los Alcazares, 6 km from the house or maybe better in Cartagena, with Corte Ingles and Carrefour, 12 km away. Around the urbanisation is orange and lemon plantations with interesting estates. There is 12 golf courses nearby with the flagship La Manga Golf just 5 km from the house, but Mar Menor Golf can also be recommended. An 18-hole golf course "La Perla" bordering the urbanisation is under construction. Then nearby, viewed from the villa, is La Manga peninsula with more than 20 km of whitesanded, broad beaches and all kinds of entertainment and shopping.
There is a wineyard "HACIENDA DEL CARCHE" aout 45 km from the villa.
