It is a nice and well kept complex with a beautiful poolarea just a few steps from the door.
The Maspalomas dunes & Meloneras boulevard with it's many restaurants, shopping & casino is within walkingdistance.
In front of the complex is a smaller beach with a shoppingcenter.
Several golfcourses nearby, and all different kinds of activities.
