Our modern 2nd floor self-catering, luxury apartment is in a prime positions at Duquesa Suites which is situated in an elevated position with sea views and surrounded by an 18 hole golf course. Only 1km from the beautiful and secluded Puerto Duquesa halfway between Marbella/Puerto Banus and Gibraltar which are both just 25 minutes away.
The apartment is 15 minutes walk to the marina, bars, restaurants, shops and beaches. They have high quality marble floors throughout and are fully air-conditioned (hot and cold) in all rooms. The apartment has a well equipped kitchen, with cooker, hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, toaster and kettle. The utility room have washing machines.
The lounge/dining room is well furnished with dining table for 6, two sofas (one of which converts to a good quality double bed). Free Wifi is available, TV (Satellite for BBC/ITV) together with a DVD/CD Player. Patio doors leading onto an extensive SW facing terrace equipped with table, recliners, chairs and foot stools.
The apartments location was selected very carefully, being in a quiet and elevated position with views of the sea, surrounded by Duquesa Golf Course. There are lively bars and restaurants around the Marina about 15 minutes walk away together with all essential shops including a small supermarket, newsagent, internet cafe bank and gift shops. Puerto de la Duquesa is known as the new Golden Mile on the Costa del Sol. It is ideally located midway along the coast between Gibraltar and Marbella/ Puerto Banus each 25 min drive away.
The nearest beach spans both sides of the marina, on one side to the village of Sabinillas (20 minutes walk via the promenade) and on the other to the fishing hamlet of Castillo Duquesa. Sabinillas has a wider variety of shops including 3 larger supermarkets. The resort of Estepona is a 10 minute drive away with many shops and a large hypermarket and a long promenade and sandy beach. Inland you will find Casares and other attractive white towns in the mountains

Rental Notes
This apartment is suitable for golfing parties or relaxing to escape the UK weather misery. A £150 or 200euros deposit will be required per week to secure a booking. The full balance becomes payable 8 weeks prior to your arrival date together with a refundable damage/key deposit of £150 or 200euros. The prices quoted are for 4 guests sharing the apartment but if an additional 1 or 2 stay, a small surcharge of £25 or 30 euros per week will be charged to cover extra costs for cleaning, linen etc. Further information can be obtained from the owners.
Please note that prices and dates are not guaranteed until a confirmed reservation has been made.
Changeover day can be flexible. Normal check-in time is 4pm on your day of arrival and check-out is 10am on the morning of your departure. Some flexibility on request for a later check out is possible. On a two week booking or more a mid term clean and linen change will be included in the rental price.
On request and for a small additional charge cots can be provided.
We have a local managing agent who looks after the apartment and our guests during your stay.
Longer term rentals are welcome with generous discounts depending on the time of the year and length of your stay. Please enquire for further details and prices.
