Located 4 km west of Estepona,a picturesque,traditional seaside resort on the western Costa del Sol( Malaga). For Golfers-We are located directly between Estepona Golf and the Valle Romano Golf course...

The 1st floor apartment with cool marble flooring, is located in a private Urbanization (with elevator and stairs)Perfect location to enjoy the beaches,golf courses and the stunning cities and white Villages of Andalucia. Easily accessible from the N340 and just 25 meters away.Estepona has been granted the reward of 'European City of Sport 2013 '!
It's a safe and quiet child-friendly urbanization,with a cosmopolitan mix of full-time residents & regular holiday-makers:being British,Spanish,German,French,Russian,Swedes etc....
Sit back and marvel at the spectacular sunrise over the marina whilst watching the local fishermen set out for their daily catch!...You can even try a spot of fishing yourself, from the quiet beach directly in front of the apartment, or book a fishing trip and sail out to the Med to try your luck!!

Our apartment has a cosy feel filled with wooden furniture and includes a lot of home comforts to make you feel at home.
Ideally suited for 4 people (2 x couples or a family) looking for a relaxing,beachside holiday-home away from town center.
This is not your typical concrete jungle complex !! It's surrounded by lush gardens,a promenade, walkways,colourful fauna and scented jasmine plants with plenty of strikingly tall palm trees...

The apartment offers:

-2 double bedrooms(1 x double bedroom and 1 twin room)
-Wooden cot with bedding.
- Wardrobes ,double glazing windows with mosquito-nets & full length mirrors.
-1 Bathroom with bath,shower, toilet and sink.
-Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast bar ( gas and electric oven)grill,microwave, fridge-freezer,washing machine,toaster,kettle, sandwich maker,blender,ice machine, coffee maker etc.
-Large lounge with views of the Mediterranean sea with a south-facing balcony overlooking the beach, pool, gardens, marina and Africa(on a clear day!).
Sofa-seating for 5 with a reclining chair to take a cheeky afternoon siesta! , dining table for 4, large coffee-table and various lamps.
-Office desk and adjustable chair,printer, WiFi station..ideal for those on a working holiday..!
-Telephone can be connected for free local/ national calls, and to receive international, national/local calls at an additional 10 euros per week...
-Balcony has 2 easy chairs & table/ 2 chairs., or a larger table for 4 with 4 chairs.
-Hallway with security front door and intercom access system.

*Wifi, * TV with some freeview channels ,Spanish channels, etc. Dvd,stereo cd player,cooling fans,iron/board, hairdryer and hand weights to keep fit.!

Outside:
Surrounding the apartment building there are lawned gardens,palm trees, promenade,free community parking, outdoor swimming pool and children�s pool and direct access to a quiet sandy beach.

Pool is open in the summer season,however there is a municipal indoor pool, sauna and gym in Estepona town, at just 25 euros per month, which is ideal to keep fit during the winter season, when outdoor swimming might be too a bit too cold for you!.

Electricity is charged on winter lets at 15 cents/kwh-this should not cost you more than 2 euros per day.

OUT & ABOUT:
Within walking distance,(500 meters) you will find 2 supermarkets( Mercadona and Aldi), 3 good restaurants, a luxury 5 star hotel with spa and treatments facilities,beach bar, bus stop, hairsalon, nudist beach resort. Estepona Golf.


All you need is within walking distance:(pool, beach,supermarkets, bus stop,3 x hotels for night entertainment,kids play area ,3 good restaurants, & chiringuito (beach bar/ cafeteria) and a nudist beach! )
However it is only a few minutes drive from all the shops, banks, post office, pharmacy, pubs and restaurants in the stunning marina and Estepona town.
A taxi to the marina /town costs 10 euros, or a walk along the beach will take around 40 mins.

Taxi station: 700 meters.Petrol station with shop-1km(selling daily newspapers & food). Estepona Golf club is within 5 km.Estepona Port 2,7 km /40 min walk along beach or road and has several bars, restaurants, tapas bars, post office, chemist, sunday market.Estepona Town- 5 km.

SAILING ON THE MED!:
We can also organize sailing trips for you, as our friendly neighbour offers day trips and weekend trips on his sailing yacht.The 35 foot ketch can take up to 5 people for day or weekend sailing trips, ideal for relaxing, fishing or dolphin watching!

An outdoor gym has been fitted at the end of the promenade for all guests to enjoy..

GETTING HERE:

Frequent budget flights from the UK to Malaga(& Gibraltar)
from most major airports:
Monarch, Easyjet,Ryanair, Thompsonfly, Flybe, BMI baby, Jet 2.
-Taxi stands are directly at arrivals and would cost approx 100 euros to Estepona.
-By Coach: Again,directly outside the arrivals gate,you�ll find a bus stop with direct routes to Marbella and Estepona.It costs approx 5 euros.(buy ticket on the bus)
-Rent-a-cars:In abundance and can be booked directly at the airport,or before traveling.
-Private pick-ups can be arranged in advance.

Loss, Damage & Accidents:
-Property Owner / Community is not liable for any loss, damage or accidents incurred by guests, and family.
- Guests should ensure that they have their own travel, accident and injury insurance to cover such eventualities.
-.Guests will be responsible for any breakages or damage to the property .

PN- The owner reserves the right to enter the property,( or allow the caretaker to enter the property) in the event of any emergency, or should any work need to be carried out for the guests' welfare.
