Situated on a mature urbanisation Planes del Rey (Land of Kings) close to the busy town of L'Infant Hospitalet in a beautiful region of Catalunya midway between Barcelona and Valencia within minutes drive of wide sweeping and rocky coved beaches of Hospitalet and Miami Playa. Planes del Rey has its own very popular Buffet type Restuarant and Bar, Pizzaria, large swimming pool, Tennis Courts, Football pitches, basket ball facilities , boules area.and gymnasium, (The tennis courts/swimming pool and gym are available at a small fee}.The Villa is surronded by magnificent mountains which tumble into the sea at Hospitalet. The area is ideal for all year round holidays boasting a wide, diverse variety of activities including Superb championship Golf Course at Bon Mont, 18 hole par 3 shot challenging course approx 4 klm from Planes del Rey. Mountain climbing, trekking, walking, horse riding cycling, all watersports, diving and fishing for monster catfish on the mighty River Ebro. There are many interesting places to visit including the Roman City of Tarragona, Reus(birthplace of Gaudi) Miravet the last bastion of the Knights Templar. The vibrantcity of Barcelona is approx 70 mins by car or train from Hospitalet. The sophisticated Port of Cambrils and the bustling holiday town of Salou(The kids will love the Porta Ventura Theme Park) are 30 mins drive away. During the season there are many festivals that take place. This is an area that can occupy you for all of your stay or in which you can just relax in the quiet tranquility.
Reus airport is 30 ks away and Barcelona airport 70 mins by car .
A car is essential for you to completely enjoy all the sights and scenes that this beautiful part of Spain has to offer.
The Villa has two double bedrooms(4 single beds) compact kitchen, bathroom with bath and shower, Lounge/Dining room, terracing off, extensive roof terracing with fabulous views over the baranque. If you are lucky you just may catch a sight of our majestic local eagles.
The Villa has mature gardens , parking for at least 3 cars behind high wrought iron gates.
All bedding, Towels(not beach towels)cutlery, crockery, washing machine, fridge/freezer are provided to make your stay a comfortable and pleasurable experience.
