This newly built private apartment block is perfectly located to take full advantage of what Fethiye has to offer. It is fully furnished with modern decor and white goods.
This property is a functioning home when not leased to holiday makers so the house is fully equipped with linen, towels, kitchenware. Located in a quiet picturesque neighbourhood, it feels like a home rather than a hotel room so you can really settle in and relax!
The property consist of a main bedroom with ensuite and queen size bed, a 2nd bedroom with 2 single beds, and the 3rd room with balcony is used as a sunroom/readng room with sofa bed (sofa bed folds down to sleep an extra 2 people).
The property also boasts a large seperate kitchen and combined lounge/dining room with large L-shaped lounge and LG LCD screen television. Both the kitchen and loungeroom have doors leading to the 2nd balcony.
Enjoy the freedom to go where you want to go each day with transport virtually at your door. The bus to Ovacik/Hisaronu/Oludeniz is 200 mtrs from the apartment and takes approx. 30-40min to get to the beach, restaurants and bars.
The bus to Fethiye Harbour, Paspatur (Fethiye Old Town) and harbour coves, also leaves from the same road and takes approx. 10 minutes to get to town. Explore the Paspatur or walk around the the beautiful marina and harbour.
During summer both these buses run about every 10 minutes.
There are lots of things to do and see in the area. From local fresh food markets, boat trips, Fethiye local fish market, to the mud baths at Dalyan, jeep safari, paragliding, horse riding, wind surfing and more.
