Our bright and airy duplex second floor apartment has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms (both en suite) together with a large lounge with TV and leather sofas and a dining area.It has a fully fitted and equipped kitchen and it has 3 terraces which ensure sunshine all day and give wonderful views of the local mountains and surrounding area. We have independent air conditioning (hot & cold) in both bedrooms and the lounge. The apartment has its own private parking space in the underground car park with lift access to the complex.There is also 24hr security on site.
La Maestranza is an ideal destination for families,couples and golfers and has 3 pools (1 large,1 children's and 1 heated for year round use) all surrounded by beautifully maintained Mediterranean gardens.There are supermarkets,pharmacies,shops,restaurants and bars (with free WiFi) all within 2 minutes walk.
The exciting and upmarket resort of Puerto Banus is about 10 minutes walk away where you can enjoy designer shops,a fantastic range of restaurants and bars and a marina that is full of luxury boats.There are also sandy beaches with umbrellas and loungers for hire.
The area is surrounded by golf courses most of which welcome non members and have equipment hire facilities.
The nearest airport is Malaga (55kms.approx.) where you can hire a car or take a taxi or bus.
Smoking and pets are not allowed in the apartment.Smoking is allowed on the terraces but please extinguish carefully.
In general entry time to the apartment is 17.00 and exit time 11.00.
