Palm Court Retreat is a detached family home that has been built to high standards and offers superb accommodation and facilities that will provide an excellent base for your Central Florida vacation.
The villa has very spacious open plan living areas all on one level and with high vaulted ceilings throughout the centre of the villa giving it a light and airy quality. At 2,100 square feet our villa is larger then many other 4 bedroom/3 bathroom villas in Kissimmee.
The open plan living area includes a fully equipped kitchen, a kitchen ‘nook’ for informal dining, a more formal dining area and a large family living room. There are four lovely bedrooms including 2 master bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms and 2 spacious twin bedrooms and a 3rd bathroom. All bedrooms have TVs, the master suites have DVDs too.
The covered ‘lanai’ to the rear of the villa leads onto a 40 ft by 20 ft fully enclosed deck with private swimming pool and spa and there is ample luxury padded patio furniture.
The villa includes many builder’s upgrades and is also furnished to a very high standard with items individually chosen. The kitchen is fully equipped and all towels (including pool towels) and quality bed linens are provided.
The villa has FREE wireless internet access and FREE long distance telephone calls in the USA and Canada. There is also an upgraded Cable TV package with over 200 channels to choose from including live English Premiership football matches on the ‘Fox Soccer’ channel.
The villa is fully air conditioned with extra ceiling fans throughout for your added comfort. Security features include a home alarm, smoke detectors and external lighting. Also, with young ones in mind, there is security fencing between the villa and the pool and alarms on all of the windows and doors leading onto the pool area.
CRYSTAL COVE CLUBHOUSE
All of our guests have free access to the clubhouse at Crystal Cove. Facilities outside the clubhouse include a very large swimming pool, sun loungers and a children’s play area. The clubhouse interior is finished to a high specification and facilities include a comfortable lounge with wall mounted plasma TV, a kitchen area with fridge/freezer and microwave, a large games room with a full-size pool table, another games room with table football and air hockey, another room with a card/board games table and a PC with internet access. There is also a toilet and pool showers. The clubhouse is fully accessible for wheelchairs.
LOCATION
Crystal Cove is close to Highway 192 in Kissimmee and the community is located in what can only be described as one of the most convenient locations in Central Florida. It is only a 10 minute drive to Disney World and just 25 minutes from Orlando International Airport.
All of the major theme parks, other attractions, shops and restaurants are close by. There are also many golf courses in the area, all offering high class facilities to enjoy in the year round sunshine. If you want to try something different, horse riding is available at Horse World Riding Stables, just 5 minutes drive away from Crystal Cove on South Poinciana Boulevard.
