Beautifully furnished penthouse, occupying a lovely spot on the Dolphin Residence 2 Complex with distant views to the Appollo Temple
This superb 4 and 5th floor penthouse, occupying a superior spot on the luxury Dolphin Residence 2 Resort. The penthouse has lovely furnishings and fully air-conditioned. The location is superb, just a few minutes walk to the old town (450m), with the all the traditional restaurants and markets, and with the bus (dolmus) going by every few minutes to the beach (from the town), you will not be needing a car for your stay. You are also only 15 minutes walk to the historic monuments of the Apollo Temple.
Very tastefully furnished with all bed linen and towels included (except beach towels).

Altinkum is also know as Didim, famous for its soft fine sandy beaches, as well as rich in history with the Apollo Temple Ruins just on the outskirts of the resort.
Altinkum lies on the Aegean Coast, with flights to Bodrum (1.5 hours) and Izmir (1 hour 45 minutes). Airport transfers can be arranged.
The resort itself is full of restaurants, shops and little boutiques, as well as various agencies providing tours to different historic events, such as Pamukkale and Ephesus. There is a new water park (10 minutes ride outside the resort on a dolmus). It has a host of pools, slides, and wave machines catering for all the family.
There are resort dolmuses (mini bus) that pass nearby the complex every few minutes (450m), and take you around the resort for around 50p. There is the old town, with many fine traditional good value Turkish restaurants, serving a huge selection of Turkish cuisine, as well as little streets full of various shops, as well as a huge Saturday market where all the locals shops for fruit/veg, crafts, materials, shoes, clothes, spices.
Altinkum is a resort where most of the restaurants offer a courtesy pick up and drop off service if you eat at their restaurant.
