Our villa is situated overlooking the 18th fairway of Highlands Reserve golf couse which is situated just off US highway 27 and 15-20 minutes from all Disney attractions. There are shops including a Publix supermarket, restaurants and other amenities a 5 minute drive from the villa. Highlands Reserve also has a community swimming pool, tennis courts and childrens play area.
Our villa is well equipped with 5 bedrooms and can comfortably sleep 11 people. There is a large open plan living, dining and kitchen area with a laundry room off the kitchen. The villa has a monitored security system, full air conditioning and ceiling fans in all rooms, TV and DVD player in living room and TV in all the bedrooms. All bathrooms have showers and 2 have baths, with towels provided and hair dryers. Internet access is available at a small workstation off the main living room, free telephone calls in the USA and Canada also available.
Our screened pool area and pool deck is very spacious with sun loungers, table and chairs,pool towels and pool toys available for the kids.
Our villa is maintained by a very responsive management company who live 200 yards away.
