Mid term linen change on bookings of 2 or more weeks
In medium and high season (June to September) the arrival and departure day is on a Saturday.
The prices in low season (November to March) are for a maximum of 4 people. Each additional person has a charge of 25 �/week.
EXTRAS (opcional):
Sofa-bed (7th-8th person), 100 �/week.
Pool heating, 100�/week. It must be applied at the time of booking, if not, the pool will not be heated.

BOOKINGS
SATURDAY TO SATURDAY in the peak season and flexible the rest of the year. The villa is to be vacated by 10.00 a.m. on the day of departure to enable the villa to be cleaned for incoming clients. Access to the villa is available between 4.00 p.m. and 7.00 p.m. on the day of arrival.
PAYMENT
30% deposit payment on booking with full balance due 30 days prior to date of arrival. Refundable security bond of 200 �.
