A charming stone-built farmhouse. The property has been recently restored and we run art courses for some weeks. For the rest of the year we offer accommodation for rent. Two double bedrooms (one ensuite) with a sitting room which can be used as a bedroom, a second bathroom and kitchen/diner. Beneath the accommodation is a large catering kitchen which guests are welcome to use for outside cooking. It is, however, necessary to go outside reach the kitchen so we have a minimal kitchen upstairs too. We have two large terraces for alfresco eating, shaded by pergolas. Guests are welcome to wander the grounds and use our above ground pool (6m x 1.5m) but also have a completely private extensive sunken garden which is fringed by fruit trees.
We also have a fully equipped artists studio which can also be hired for £50 per person for the week. Materials available at cost.
We are located near Camerino an unspoilt medieval town perched on a hill and commanding spectacular view of the Sibilini and Appenine mountains. Please see our website for more information about the local area, details of our courses and lots and lots of photos.
