There is cool underground parking for your car (card swipe access) and this has lift access to your ground floor apartment

Notes on accommodation
The air conditioning will also provide heating as required. As the main recreational areas are enclosed it is perfectly safe for children
The apartment has lifts to all floors including the garage, which leads to the swimming pool, all paths to the pool are ramped with no steps. The secure, gated development has video entrance to the apartment.
Outside
There is a large swimming pool, children's pool, and paddle tennis with showers and toilet facilities within landscaped gardens which are ramped all round. At the clubhouse there is a fitness room, tennis courts, golf course, children's play area, bar and restaurant on site. We also have a lawned area to the front of our property. On the terrace there is a table and chairs and sun loungers.
