Luxury 3 bed, 2.5 bathroom, newly furnished town house located on the prestigious 4* Regal Palms Resort and Spa, adjacent to the Highland Reserves Golf Reserve and only 8 miles/15 mins from Disney World.
Our home has everything you need for your Florida vacation: a fully equipped kitchen with breakfast area, large fridge with ice-maker, microwave and dish-washer; and a beautifully furnished dining and living area with cable TV.
Our guests have access to the Regal Palms Club House featuring an extensive 2.5 acre tropical pool complex with two heated pools, lazy river, out door hot tub, waterfalls, waterslide, a central island, extensive sun decks, children's play area, tiki bar and barbecue area.
The Club House also offers a restaurant and bar, showing major live sporting events, a well equipped gym with sauna, steam room and indoor hot tub, a business centre, free internet access and a games room.
The perfect place from which to explore the Disney Parks or discover the superb golf courses that Orlando has to offer.
Located off the I-27, there is a supermarket and a number of restaurants close to the Resort.
The Master bedroom has a kingsize bed, en-suite with large bath and shower and walk in wardrobe.
Bedroom 2 has a queensize bed. Bedroom 3 has twin single beds. A washroom with toilet is located downstairs.
The Living/Dining area is spacious with patio doors leading outside. The living room has two sofas one being a sofa bed.
Our home is fully air conditioned with additional room fans.
A room safe is also available for your valuables.
Brick paved driveway for parking 2 cars, lawned areas surrounding the house with patio area at the rear.
Our friendly property manager will do his upmost to make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible.
The highest recommendation we can give is that we loved the place so much we bought a house at Regal Palms so that we could return year after year. Our home on the Regal Palms Resort and Spa is the perfect place for a great holiday in Florida.

Minimum stay 3 nights, stays of less than 6 nights attract a cleaning charge of £45. A daily resort fee of $12 per day is not included (charged by the resort for using the clubhouse and all the facilities).
