ONLY A FIVE MINUTE WALK from both the beach and Karon town's center you will find a wonderful apartment, 156 sqm with an open floor plan. The apartment exudes both luxury and coziness and makes you feel right at home from the first moment.
From the second floor, the apartment has superb views in three directions - the large terrace on the east overlooking the pool area and from the two balconies on the west and south you can see both the ocean and the lake as well as the lush tropical rainforest next door.
CONVENIENCE AND GREAT AMENITIES
Two bedrooms, one with kingsize bed and one with two single beds. Two large bathrooms, one with the bath tub and washing machine, a living room and kitchen, dining room with seating for up to 6 guests makes the apartment tailor made for a large family.
SEEPS 4-6 GUESTS
The living room is furnished with two large beautiful sofa beds (each can be extended to 105 cm width). A baby crib and a high chair are also available if necessary and it's free of extra charge. The closets that reach from floor to ceiling enable you to store all your belongins which will make you feel right at home.
A WELL-EQUIPPED KITCHEN
The kitchen is of western standard and is fully equipped with everything you might need for your household; stove, microwave, very large fridge and freezer, toaster, kettle and coffee maker, rice cooker, glass, crockery and cutlery for up to 12 people.
THE APARTMENT COMPLEX
The brand new facility consists of 24 apartments, only two/floor, elevators, swimming pool, gym, kid club and restaurant.
