Welcome to our home.
Should you choose to stay we hope you will enjoy the benefits of our comfortable and individually styled property, we like to think of it as being a real home from home, somewhere to relax in pleasant surroundings not too far away from the hustle and bustle of Disney.
We have a family lounge with a 42inch large screen plasma TV with cable TV and DVD player. Guests have the use of many books and dvds while staying in our home. ''Red Box'' located just inside Walmart ( a short drive away ) offer dvd's for nightly rental for as little as one dollar chargeable to
your credit card using our zip code.
For peace of mind - especially if there are children in your party we have large alarmed sliding patio doors in the lounge and master bedroom leading out onto the Lanai and screened pool area with a light and overhead fan. Patio furniture and table are provided for use on our large Lanai and with the benefit of having an
extended pool area we are able to have sun loungers/chairs all around the pool.
The pool area has the benefit of having a pool bathroom and there is a shower on the lanai for use pre and post entering the pool or just to cool off.
The kitchen is spacious, is fully equipped and has a large breakfast nook
with tiled table ( seats four ) and kitchen bar with two breakfast stools.
In addition there is a formal dining area for those special celebrations - seating six people comfortably.
The master bedroom is spacious with an American King sized art deco /four poster inspired bed, and affords plenty of drawer space for your belongings along with a closet.There is direct access to the pool via patio doors. The master suite is equipped with cable TV and telephone, has a large en-suite bathroom complete with roman tub, large walk in shower
and his & hers vanity unit,vanity stool, shaving mirror and hair dryer.
The second & third bedrooms are furnished with two single beds with each
having the benefits of cable & combined DVD player & TV.
The butterfly inspired bedroom is very girlie for the Princess's in your party.
Again each room has ample drawer and closet space.
The fourth bedroom is a very relaxing room furnished with a Queen bed and also has cable TV and separate DVD player with plenty of drawer
space and closet.
The second bathroom is situated between the third and fourth bedrooms.
The third bathroom is situated adjacent to bedroom four.Each having a bath and over head shower facility.
In addition, our home has a games room equipped with air hockey, pool
table, football table, three seater sofa for spectators, 32” TV and separate DVD player and free standing fan.
Linens and towels are provided, as is patio and pool side furniture along with outdoor plates etc.. for those outdoor dining experiences.
Our home is fully air conditioned and includes a washer and dryer, (housed behind sliding doors in our home ) iron, ironing board,hoover dust pan and brush, mop and bucket etc..We do not charge an exit cleaning fee - however terms and conditions do apply as we are very proud of our
home and take pride in its presentation.
Our home will have been cleaned throughout before your arrival and
should you wish a mid stay clean this can be arranged with our Management Company for a reasonable fee.
We offer our guests free local calls and international and long distance calls too.
Or why not make use of our FREE internet access facility for our guests, don't forget to bring your lap tops or ipads!!
Please note CityTax is included in the price of your stay and we can offer deals on pool heat and the rental of baby items including, strollers, travel cot, full sized cot, safety gate, booster cushion, just let us know what you require and we will forward rental cost of the items you require.
Our home is situated 15 minutes west of Disney and has easy access to the I4 and other major road networks and the many opportunities therein be this at the many theme parks or Shopping experiences.
There are many eating establishments just a short drive from Highgate Park, or why not eat in and enjoy an evening by the pool.We have provided ample loungers and a table and chairs for your use while out on the extended lanai.
We also have a variety of plants surrounding the outer pool screen.
For a different day out why not go 8 miles North of our Villa on the I27 where you will find Lake Louisa State Park. Along with over 20 miles of hiking trails there are picnic areas, canoeing and an opportunity to see local wildlife such as deer and raccoons. Maps are provided in the TV cabinet for guest use.
We have a very friendly and experienced Management Company should you have any concerns and they will endeavour to assist you promptly should the need arise.
Refuse is collected weekly.

Please note a £150 refundable security deposit will be required on booking and this will be returned on confirmation our property and its
contents is as was at the beginning of your stay.
If you wish we can supply a welcome pack for a nominal fee plus the cost of the goods ordered. Just let us know at time of booking.
