The house is the end one of 4 houses set in a 2500sm garden in the village of Kuzdere. The house is very well furnished and very comfortable being the owners personnal residence. All rooms have air-conditioning units with full double glazing.
There are beautiful mountain views from most rooms including a view of the top of the 2nd longest cable car ride in the world. The houses are surrounded by trees and very private, each house has its own self contained garden.
The house is perfect for those who prefer the peace and quite of the country and enjoy walking, yet near enough to town and the beaches and all the various activities, before returning to the house for a quite nights sleep.
Please note that there is a mosque nearby, but one soon gets used to the call to prayers.
The nearest airport is Antalya International, which is approx a one hour drive from the house. Car hire or use of car is not essential but is recommended.
The lounge is very well furnished with a fireplace, crystal chandeliers, two recliner armchairs a six seater sofa, display units, coffee table, small bar unit, Satellite TV, DVD player and Video player.
Master Bedroom has a Queen size bed, with an en-suite bathroom fitted with a wash hand vanity unit and a W.C. The 2nd bedroom has a single bed with another single bed under, giving a choice of a King size bed, or one or two single beds. The 3rd bedroom has been turned into an office but has a full double size pull down sofa bed. All beds are of high quality, with fitted carpets in all bedrooms.
The main bathroom is fitted with a Juzzuci bath with a shower over, wash hand vanity unit and W.C. The G/F cloakroom is fitted with a wash hand vanity unit and W.C, the washing machine is also in the cloakroom.
Kitchen appliances include, electric cooker with gas hob, refrigerator/freezer, microwave, food processor, toaster, sandwich toaster, a wide selection of cooking utensils, ovenware, cutlery, crockery, glasses and a vacuum cleaner.
In the village of Kuzdere are a variety of shops including, several small supermarkets, chemist, mobile phone shop, bakery, barber shops, internet cafes, a Turkish restaurant and tea houses. The nearest banks/ATM machines are situated in Kemer. Extra Gas bottles and water containers can be purchased in the village and delivered to the house at no extra charge.
From the house to Kemer town/beaches and marina is approx 9 KM. If walking it takes approx 1 hr 10mins, by car approx 15mins. Kemer has two beaches one is pebble and slopes down very steeply; the other is sandy and quite shallow.
Places of interest.
The city of Antalya is well worth a visit with the old part of town being particularly worth seeing. It is approx 50KM from the house. You can catch a bus from Kemer to Antalya, which takes appox 1 hour and costs approx £3. The base of the cable car ride is approx 23KM, Phaselis is approx 15KM and apart from the ancient ruins it has a fabulous sandy beach. Olympos is approx 50KM. Perge is approx 67KM. Aspendos is approx 90km.and has a magnificent amphitheatre that is used for various concerts. Termessos is approx 85 KM and said to be the only place that Alexandra the Great never conquered.
For those who like to play Golf there are around 10 golf courses in Belek, which by car takes approx a 1.5 hours.
