You will love our generously proportioned home: there is space for everyone, and plenty to keep all ages entertained, from the reclining, rocking sofa to the pool table and spa, with XBox, BluRay HD TV and air hockey thrown in for good measure. Just want to relax? Sit out in the sun on our pool deck, relax in the spa, or take a break from the sun under our extensive covered lanai, and watch the wildlife pass by over the peaceful conservation area out back: we guarantee you won’t be disappointed by the view! The pool has a child safety fence surround. If you’re feeling a little more energetic, take a few laps in our 27 foot pool, with pool games and toys provided, and a pool rail to help those less agile in and out. If you can’t drag yourselves away from the view, a BBQ is provided by the pool area for your use – you just need to pick up the coals. The pool and spa have a colour –changing fibre-optic display that provides that extra evening ambience.
The villa is fully equipped, and beautifully decorated, able to cater for your every need. It is conveniently placed to reach all major theme parks, and laid back enough to help you relax on your return – assuming you can tear yourself away in the first place! Shops are just a couple of minutes away to help you cater for yourselves, or why not try out the many local restaurants: can’t decide whether to eat in or out? Many deliver!
The villa has 3 double bedrooms: a sumptuous canopy four poster master king bedroom, with chaise, and 2 queen bedrooms, including one on the ground floor with direct pool access, all three en suite. There are a further two twin bedrooms (each with 2 single beds), one of which has a pull out twin (trundle) bed, so sleeping 3 in the room. All bedrooms have hair dryers included, and provide generous closet space. The kitchen is well equipped, including pool (non glass) crockery and glasses. There is ample dining capacity: the formal dining seats 8, with further space for 6 at the kitchen “nook” table, and additional seating at the kitchen bar.
A high chair, folding playpen and stroller (pushchair) are all available. Iron and board are also provided. The house is fully air conditioned with ceiling fans in most rooms, and heating for those rare chilly evenings.
There are two gaming areas: in the garage, you will find plenty of space to play on the 8 foot slate bed pool table, table tennis (ping pong), air hockey and foosball (table football), while on the top floor you can use the BluRay PlayStation 3 seated on the Commander gaming chair for full effect, with a range of games supplied. There is wireless broadband internet available, and a 47 inch full HD BluRay surround sound TV with i-Pod docking port in the downstairs lounge. There is an additional full HD TV with dvd player in the master bedroom, and you can watch the HD 37 inch TV in the games room when you are tired of playing on the PS3. A range of cable channels are available, as are a wide choice of dvds, including many BluRay. You can make local calls for free, and have free international calls to the UK for up to 100 minutes per week. All these amenities noted are provided at no extra cost. A selection of card games, books, cds and more is also available: we can promise you won’t be bored here!
To be able to maintain the high quality of service and decoration, the villa is strictly no pets and no smoking allowed – we thank you for your adherence to this. It is locally managed by a friendly team who will provide prompt support if required.
