Location. Our villa is situated on Liberty Village, Kissimme area (just off HWY 192 on poinciana Blvd) only 10mins from Disney. Within a quite cul-de-sac.

The villa is a 2 story detached villa - with FREE INTERNATIONAL AND LONG DISTANCE PHONE CALLS AND FREE HIGH SPEED INTERNET ACCESS.
Games Room. Complete with pool table, CD and radio player, Cable TV and Play Station 2 with games, we also have a selection of games for all ages.
Master Bedroom. Is very large with a King Sized bed, Cable TV, DVD player and Telephone, with private full bathroom,
Also off the master bedroom is a large walk in closet/Nursery with large crib, stroller, high chair, stair gates and linen.
Bedroom 2. Has a queen sized bed with built in wardrobe, Cable TV and radio clock and over looks the pool and nature reserve.
Bedroom 3. Which is a Disney themed bedroom with 2 twin beds, built in wardrobe and is situated to the front of the villa, It is ideal for putting the children to bed while the adults relax around the pool at night.
Pool.
It has a Florida screen enclosed heated private 28 x 14 pool with underwater multi-coloured lights.
The ground floor entrance hall opens out into a large family living room, which has a separate half bath complete with toilet and basin.
Lounge. This large family room has two sofa's one of which doubles as a bed sofa, coffee table, cable TV, DVD, Large stereo system with six stack CD player, T.V also has the Fox Sports channels with English Football.
Dining Room. is a separate formal dining area with views over the pool, it has a lovely wooden table with six table settings.
Fully Fitted Kitchen. This spacious kitchen has all the amenities you require, lots of cupboard space, cooker and oven/stove, large fridge/freezer with ice cube maker, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and all utensils.
Larder and Utility Room This large area has a washing machine and tumble dryer, we have an ironing board and iron, and a full compliment of fresh towels and linen, we also provide poolside towels for your usage
For our younger guests we also have a full sized crib, high chair, and stair gates and buggy
Double garage for your convenience.
Private Pool. This picturesque heated pool 28 x 14 is south/east facing and has been fully enclosed within a Florida fly screen, large patio/pool deck area, the multi-coloured under water lights are spectacular, we have quality pool side furniture and pool toys, The views over the lake and wooded reserve are truly beautiful.
Our villa is fully air-conditioned and delightfully furnished, we are close to all amenities with the Wal-Mart supermarket open 24/7 just a short drive away.
For the golfers in the family there are several championship courses in the area which will challenge the best of you. There is horse riding and The Green Meadows Petting Farm next to our estate. Only 20 mins drive Boggy Creek tours will take you on an air boat tour showing you all the native wild life Florida has to offer.
