Sky has now also been added with Internet.
There is also a good supply of DVDs to watch.
The house has a roof-top solarium with an outside shower, sun-beds, table & chair with lovely views of the sea, swimming pools and the Golf Course.Tennis courts are nearby as well .
The complex has two large Swimming pools. ( Child friendly )
There are also showers by the pools.
Pools are very well maintained with a lovely surrounding of shrubs pineapple trees , flowers etc.
My main charges which are shown are based for a Family of 4/5
Supplement charges will apply for more than 5 persons
( Due to service charges , At the Owners discretion.)
There is a mattress extra or a large settee for maybe extra person.
(This would have to be discussed with owner) Extra cost.
The Town House is located within walking distance from shops, bars and restaurants and the gorgeous Cabopino Beach.
Cabopino beach which has been selected as one of the best along the Costa Del Sol, is a 10 minute walk away.
On Cabopino port (also 10 minute walk away) there are many bars, restaurants and cafe's.
Also on the beach is popular Andys beach bar which serves fresh food all day , With entertainment during the summer evenings.
On the beach there are plenty of sun beds and parasols to hire , also boats and pedalos can be hired.
On the complex there are approximately 72 Town houses situated around two large shared swimming pools,
Which can both be used .
Near by in Calahonda which is a 5 minute drive or 15 minute walk there are 3 large supermarkets, places to eat and drink, English chemist, English DVD rental shop, etc.
There is also a large sports centre where tennis, squash, gym and use of the sauna are available.
It is centered between Fuengirola and Puerto Banus.
In Fuengirola there is a fantastic zoo, waterpark and lots of nightlife with a huge selection of clubs and bars along the coast.
In Puerto Banus there is also a large selection of bars and Restaurants, their famous port and many designer shops .
There is a bus stop just 5 minutes walk away for easy access to Marbella town, Puerto Banus and Fuengirola.
The house is located in a lovely newly built complex and directly overlooks the 11th and 12th Fairways on Cabopino Golf Course. There is a Golf Course nearby and a Driving range with practice facilities just a 2 minute walk away from the house.

The house has stunning views of the sea , on a very clear day you can see Africa and Gibraltar.
Travel Options
Travel is easy from Malaga airport the drive is about 25 minutes along the coast with details very easy to understand (Transfers can be arranged)
Also there is always a option to catch the train to Fuengirola , then to catch the bus to Marbella ,and to get off the bus stop to Cabopino .
Please note : There are no Guest towels provided.
Beach Towels are provided . 1 per person.
( I can provide more at a extra cost.)
There are many items available for babies, for example high chair, baby toilet seat and baby travel cot.
There are sunbeds also provided.
On the downstairs patio there is an outside table with 6 chairs (more chairs available), with a lovely pull awnings for shade for when the sun gets too hot.
The townhouse has air/heat conditioning and a House alarm.
