Evergreen View is a well maintained private executive villa located in a peaceful gated community.
The villa has two double en-suite bedrooms and two twin bedrooms sharing a third bathroom and sleeps up to 8 people.
The private pool and Jacuzzi overlook a natural lake and unspoilt wildlife conservation area.
The pool deck is extended beyond the pool and is equipped with luxury padded furniture including sun loungers, reclining chairs with foot stools, chairs and tables.
The games room is air-conditioned and includes table football, full size pool table, Xbox, radio, CD player and various board games.
Location
Evergreen View is set within The Sanctuary at West Haven. Located off Highway 54 it is 50 minutes drive from Sanford airport and 25 minutes from Orlando international airport (subject to road conditions).
The Sanctuary is two miles from Interstate 4. All the major attractions are directly accessed from this road. Travelling east on Interstate 4 takes you to the major road network of Disney in less than three miles, and it is from here that all the Disney parks are accessed.
FACILITIES OF THE VILLA
The villa is fully equipped to make your stay as comfortable as possible.
Please note the whole of the interior of the villa is a non-smoking area.
Pool, Jacuzzi and Deck Area
The South East facing pool deck overlooks a scenic natural lake and conservation area from which various species of wild life may be observed. It is fully screened and equipped with luxury padded poolside furniture; including 2 large tables, 2 small tables, 2 sun loungers, 8 chairs; 4 of which are reclining, 4 footstools and an airer for drying clothes. A gas BBQ is also provided. The pool area is perfect for relaxing in complete comfort and privacy and the deck extension allows you to make the most of the spectacular Florida sun until late afternoon while at the same time provides access to all sides of the pool.
The pool is 27 x 13 feet and the integrated circular Jacuzzi provides an ideal place to relax. Both are fitted with underwater lighting, making them perfect for those irresistible late night dips and if you are visiting Orlando during the winter months, the water in the pool and Jacuzzi can be heated.
The poolside bathroom (is a must have if accompanying smaller children) comes complete with toilet and washbasin and an exterior shower is fitted to the rear. To the left of the pool area is a gas BBQ.
Bedroom One
Is equipped with a Queen size bed, overhead fan / light unit, walk-in wardrobe, document safe, drawer unit, flat screen wall mounted cable TV, DVD player, clock / radio and a hairdryer. It has direct access to the pool deck via double patio doors. The en-suite bathroom (1) is fitted with a large corner bath, large walk-in shower, two built-in hand basins, and separate w.c. Baby equipment is available on request
Bedroom Two
Is equipped with Queen size bed, overhead fan / light unit, walk-in wardrobe, drawer unit, flat screen wall mounted cable TV, DVD player, clock / radio and a hairdryer. The en-suite bathroom (2) is fitted with a large walk-in shower unit, built-in wash basin, and w.c.
Bedrooms Three and Four
Have twin beds in each bedroom, again with cable TV, overhead fans / light units, clock / radios, walk-in wardrobes, drawer units, and hairdryer.
Bathroom (3)
This bathroom is accessible from both twin bedrooms and has the advantage of a ¾ bath, ideal for bathing smaller children, but is also fitted with an over bath shower for general use, with a built-in washbasin and w.c.
Kitchen
The kitchen is fully fitted and includes a large capacity fridge / freezer, microwave oven, four ring electric hob, oven, dishwasher and waste disposal unit. It comes fully equipped with crockery, cutlery and all other utensils. There is a full set of unbreakable items for use around the pool deck. The washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are located in the laundry cupboard opposite bathroom 2.
Family Area
The family area is furnished with three seater settees, dining table and chairs, overhead fan, cable television, DVD player, CD player, portable CD player and a selection of CD’s & DVD’s. The villa is fully AIR CONDITIONED throughout.
All towels and linen are included but please provide your own beach towels.
Garage (Games Room)
The garage has been carpeted, air conditioned and is used as a games room. A full size American pool table, table football, X Box, selection of board games, CD player, games table and chairs have been added.
Villa Management
The villa is maintained and managed by a local company, a representative of which will be available at all times for advice or assistance. They can be contacted by telephone from the Villa.
Shopping - a “Publix” supermarket, pharmacy, Italian, Chinese, McDonalds and Chilli’s restaurants are 3 minutes drive from the villa.
